This package requires the consultation package, after which we prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your project’s needs, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical requirements. Two Free Additional consultations (2hrs Max) are allowed after the initial consultations till the design briefs are finalized.
For bigger, more complex projects, a Proposal-Based Pricing is adopted after the initial consultation.
