Ing. Stephen Kwadwo Ampoma Ampofo is a Chartered Professional Civil and Structural Engineer (GhIE) and the Managing Director of AAMPS Developers Limited. His career integrates advanced European training with practical engineering experience across energy facilities, marine structures, transportation systems, and residential and commercial construction. Ing. Ampofo holds an Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Risk Assessment and Management of Civil Infrastructures, jointly awarded by La Rochelle University (France) and the University of Minho (Portugal). His research focused on deterioration forecasting, digitalisation of infrastructure, probabilistic modelling, and climate-related performance assessment, strengthening his ability to merge modern analytical tools with practical engineering decision-making.

Across his engineering career, he has contributed to notable national infrastructure projects in collaboration with renowned international and local organisations, including HaskoningDHV (Netherlands), Veolia Water Solutions (South Africa), VACE Systemtechnik (Austria), Sinohydro (China), the Ministry of Education (Ghana), the Volta River Authority (Ghana), the University of Ghana, and the Ghana Gas Company, among others. His project experience spans:

• Structural design of industrial water-retaining facilities supporting energy operations
• Analysis and detailing of marine and port expansion structures
